Piper was Stephanie's first big project dog that she adopted in 2016 from the Boulder Humane Society. Piper had many behavioral challenges to overcome, including leash reactivity, however blossomed into an amazing partner and inspiration to help other dogs.
Piper passed away in February of 2022 and her legacy lives on through the relationships we assist in building with our clients and canine companions.
Paco is our resident crazy pants with no off switch that helps out the most during lessons! Most PCS clients will meet Paco at some point as he is full of fun tricks to teach our dog guardians. Paco was adopted from Central Coast Herding Dog Rescue in April of 2022.
Toby is our senior chill dog that does some assistance during lessons. He was adopted from Oakland Animal Services in February of 2020.
Nai is our newest resident and still in training with Stephanie as a project dog. He is very dog savvy and is a great playmate for most of our boarded dogs at PCS. Nai was adopted from Oakland Animal Services in June of 2023, and has undergone a tremendous change in behavior and health in that time.
